Welcome to SOLAR TODO, your global B2B partner for clean energy and smart infrastructure solutions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, product configurators, and commercial services. By accessing our platform or engaging our services for Solar PV, Energy Storage, Smart Lighting, Telecom Towers, Power Towers, Security Systems, or Smart Agriculture solutions, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting RFQ requests, or using our 8 product configurators (Solar PV Configurator, Energy Storage Configurator, Smart Streetlight Configurator, Solar Streetlight Configurator, Security System Configurator, Telecom Tower Configurator, Power Tower Configurator, Smart Agriculture Configurator), you accept these terms. If representing a company, you warrant authority to bind your organization.

SOLAR TODO provides comprehensive B2B clean energy and smart infrastructure solutions across 8 product lines: (1) Solar PV Systems - utility-scale and commercial photovoltaic installations, (2) Energy Storage - LFP battery systems for peak shaving and backup, (3) Smart Streetlights - 7-in-1 smart city infrastructure, (4) Solar Streetlights - off-grid lighting solutions, (5) Security Systems - integrated surveillance and access control, (6) Telecom Towers - 4G/5G/6G infrastructure, (7) Power Transmission Towers - high-voltage grid infrastructure, (8) Smart Agriculture IoT - environmental monitoring and automation.
Product Configurators
Our 8 online configurators provide preliminary system sizing and EPC cost estimates. Configurator outputs are indicative only and subject to final engineering review. Actual specifications, pricing, and feasibility depend on site surveys, local regulations, and detailed engineering assessments.
B2B Customer Obligations
As a B2B customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate company, project, and technical information for quotations
- Ensure your projects comply with local electrical codes, building permits, and environmental regulations
- Treat quotations, technical specifications, and pricing as confidential business information
- Adhere to agreed payment terms (typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment for international orders)
Intellectual Property
All content including product designs, configurator algorithms, technical documentation, and brand assets are proprietary to SOLAR TODO. B2B partners may use product images and specifications for resale purposes with written authorization. Unauthorized reproduction of engineering drawings or system designs is prohibited.
Products, Pricing & MOQ
All B2B orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Standard terms:
- EPC pricing includes engineering, procurement, and construction services where applicable
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply: Solar panels (1 container), Batteries (10 units), Towers (project basis)
- Custom specifications available for large orders with extended lead times
- Quotations valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
International Shipping & Incoterms
We ship to 50+ countries via FOB, CIF, or DDP terms as negotiated. Standard terms: FOB China port. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 30-60 days for container shipments). Risk and title transfer per agreed Incoterms 2020. Customs duties and import taxes are buyer's responsibility unless DDP terms apply.
Product Warranty & Guarantees
Warranty terms by product category: Solar Panels (25-year linear performance, 12-year product warranty), LFP Batteries (10-year warranty), Smart Streetlights (5-year warranty), Steel Towers (design life certification). Warranties cover manufacturing defects and do not include damage from improper installation, force majeure, or unauthorized modifications. Extended warranties available.
Limitation of Liability
SOLAR TODO's liability is limited to the contract value of products/services supplied. We are not liable for consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or project delays. Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, trade restrictions) suspend obligations without liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SOLAR TODO against claims arising from: (a) your installation or use of products outside specifications, (b) regulatory non-compliance in your jurisdiction, (c) third-party claims related to your projects. This includes legal fees and damages.
Dispute Resolution
Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration under CIETAC rules in Yangzhou, China. For EU customers, disputes may alternatively be submitted to ICC arbitration in a mutually agreed location.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For international sales, the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) applies unless expressly excluded in the purchase agreement.
Amendments
We may update these terms with 30 days notice to registered customers. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting existing contracts require mutual written agreement.
